What we keep, and for how long.
This is a demonstration built for one workshop. It is designed to hold as little about you as it can and still work. Here is all of it.
what stays on your phone
Your first name, your role, your email if you gave one, and the whole chat are saved in this browser. That copy is the fast one: it is what your agent reads from when you open the page, and it stays here until you clear it.
what reaches our server
Your agent has a second copy on our side, because the promise on your card is that it stays alive for 30 days and writes to you tomorrow morning. It cannot do either of those from your phone alone. This is all of it:
- The seat code from your card. It is the only thing that finds your agent, and only you have it.
- Your first name and your role, the words you chose. The name is so the agent can talk to you properly and write to you by name.
- Your email, only if you typed one. It is used for one thing: the note your agent writes to you the morning after. Leave it blank and everything else still works.
- Your conversation, up to the last forty messages, so the agent still knows you next week.
Nothing on that list ever reaches the screen at the front of the room. The wall shows roles, such as Move coordinator, and a count. It never shows a name, an email, or anything anybody typed.
Your messages also go to the company that runs the AI model, which writes the replies. They do not use them to train it.
how long we keep it
Thirty days from today, then it is deleted on our side automatically. That is the whole record: the seat code, the name, the role, the email and the conversation. The app runs the cleanup itself, on a timer, rather than waiting for anyone to remember.

what we never do
- We never use any of it for marketing.
- We never sell it or hand it to anyone else.
- We never train a model on it.
- We never publish anything that could point back to you. The screen at the front shows roles, never names.
one ask, in return
This is a demonstration environment, so please keep client names, employee names and case details out of the chat. Your agent will answer the question underneath them just as well.
delete your agent, now
This removes your name, role, email and the whole chat from this browser, and asks our server to delete its copy at the same time. Your agent will not remember you afterwards. It cannot be undone.
One thing it does not remove, so you know: the screen at the front counts how many agents were made in this room, and one of them was yours. That count, and the role word beside it, stay. Neither is linked to you, to your name or to your email in any way.
